Villas were really good. Washrooms were exceptionally big. Breakfast was sumptuousl.

Overrated . Beach is more than 100 meters away. Restaurant and rooms are expensive not worth.

Truly wah Taj experience!!

Very luxury hotel, villas are huge and well decorated. The staff was very helpful especially Vikas and Prasenjit - took care of our dining, prepared for us a take away breakfast before scuba diving. With Seema we had a wonderful yoga class, with lots of inspiration and learning. We celebrated our anniversary so the hotel prepared a cake and some flowers at our room which was really nice. There is a diving center inside the resort.

There was some miscommunication between the diving center and the staff. Transportation provided by the resort is very expensive.

The entire property is amazing - the villas, the pool, the restaurants, the access to beach, internet. It’s near perfect!

From the moment we stepped onto the serene and lush green property of Taj Exotica, Andamans, we were enamored. The warm welcome by the team, complete with a melodious Nicobari song and sweet coconut water, set the tone for our unforgettable stay. The resort offered an unparalleled sense of luxury, with the grandeur of the ultra-spacious rooms and an absolutely fantastic swimming pool. Waking up to the chirping of birds amidst the surrounding greenery was truly a delight. Each evening, the live band performance by Zoe and her team by the pool side, created an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. The music was a perfect accompaniment to the stunning surroundings and our leisurely strolls around the property. Speaking of the property, it was nothing short of a paradise, and we loved exploring it with the always ready buggy service and on our family cycling rides. The stunning private beach was a cherry on top, offering us a slice of exclusive serenity. The politeness and helpfulness of the staff were noteworthy. They left no stone unturned to ensure our comfort, really giving the feel of the exotic paradise that Taj Exotica is renowned for. The food, oh the food! A wide array of mouth-watering items with unforgettable tastes was laid out for us every day. When it was time to check out, we didn't have the heart to leave. The sense of belonging and warmth that we experienced during our stay was incredible. Taj Exotica was the main highlight of our weeklong trip to Andamans, and we will forever cherish the memories we made there. To anyone reading this review, we wholeheartedly recommend Taj Exotica, Andamans. It is an experience you should not miss.

While it was hard to find any flaws in our stay at Taj Exotica, we did find it challenging to say goodbye to such a wonderful haven. Also, the exceptional experience set such a high standard that we fear other destinations might pale in comparison on our future trips! :-)

Nothing as such Menu could be more diverse in terms of cuisines offered but it's not a complaint.

mosquitos are unavoidable and nothing to do with the hotel but the unnecessary still waters ponds (harbouring mosquitos) didn’t add to the look of the hotel - also bill incorrect at end.

food is not upto the taj standard. Though not bad either. Breakfast options are also very limited. The pool though looks lovely but the water is very cold. They don’t control the temperature. Which is a letdown. Buggy service is also not prompt.

Hotel management was extremely helpul when it comes to current world Covid-19situation and accomodated my request to modify the lenght of the stay, free of charge.

Taj is synonymous with the best & Taj Havelock is no different. Starting from Vikas, who recieved us at Port Blair and facilitated our transfer to Havelock & back, Warm reception by Shivam, Sakshi and others with a lovely song, Chef Arun, Sujata and others at Shoreline, Bhaskar at Entertainment area and rest of the staff, everyone went out of their way to make it a memorable holiday. The property is excellent both in terms of location and architecture and is designed as a tribal village with individual huts(villas). Food is excellent and bar menu is innovative. I can go on and on. But what I loved the most was that staff itself suggested that rather than taking early morning ferry back to Port Blair for next day flight we should take last ferry(4pm) and got it rescheduled too, thus giving us one more day to enjoy unmatched Taj Hospitality.

No wifi in rooms

Check in - Was very smooth and the song and the other touches were lovely. Resort: Pretty views, big villas, amazing beach with a very beautiful sunset. Food (veg): - Turtle House: The food and ambience (cozy setting with jazz, blues and soft rock) was exceptional. The tofu teriyaki and salads here are a must try. Saurabh and Mohit were super friendly and very helpful. - Shoreline: Excellent breakfast. Shoreline is also pretty good for lunch and dinner as well but we found the turtle house menu, freshness and flavour way better. The manager, Sangeetha and everyone else here were very friendly. Activities: 'Stargazing' by Abhishek and 'Walk of trees' by Joslyn are super fun and informative! Lacadives is amazing and very accommodating and helpful, and have masks with corrective lenses available. We did snorkeling, scuba and kayaking all 3 were amazing experiences. Shloka, Mayank and Abhishek were super nice and helpful. Front desk: Umang and some other folks at front desk were friendly and very helpful. Pool: Joydeep is very friendly and gave us tips on our swimming. Olympic sized pool with uniform depth of 4ft. Transport: You get cycles and buggies in the resort. The resort arranges cabs for local travel and transfers at additional cost and was very convenient. Also FYI, network connection is really weak. There is Wifi at the reception but that too is slow. PS: Could have gotten some of the staff names wrong, sorry about that!

Checkout: There were a couple of errors in our bill that we had to point out (we were billed ~11k extra). We were again called in the end to pay more bills even though everything was settled. The front desk was very busy and did not have enough staff causing delays and also some of the staff there are not as courteous. Settlers: Dining at settlers did not meet expectations at all. The veg set course was very ordinary and some of the dishes were too oily and seemed unhealthy. The decor and story telling are nice but not worth the price. I get the concept but for the experience we got the pricing was pretty off.

We loved every bit of the beautiful serene property. It is vast with about 65+ villas and is covered with lush green foliage with amazing range of various trees, a pretty pond with ducks and duckings, an Orchid garden, direct access to the beach with pristine sand and views of breathtaking sunsets. Magnificent pool with breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and well designed with a deck with lounge chairs to taken in every bit of the surroundings. Get greeted with lots of cute frogs, toads and butterflies on ur way. Lots of activites for adults and child from cycling to kayaking, scuba to snorkelling. The entire staff of Taj staff is so helpful and courteous with always a smile on their face. From Ms. Payal who always has the wonderful smile to lift any mood up to Mr. Shivam for being so accommodating. The head chef Mr. Anal made sure our dietary requirements were fulfilled as we are vegetarian on an island which has a great sea life. Lacadives crew were amazing to train for the water activites and the excursion tour. Made a whole lot of memories and friends. And to all the staff who made our trip memorable.

The location and the individual villas are absolutely stunning. It could not be more beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was friendly, helpful and super nice. All our requests were handled within a very short time and we got lots of recommendations of what to see and to do. We felt very at home and can only recommend the resort to everyone who wants to stay in comfort right next to one of Asias most beautiful beaches.

The overall experience was outstanding. Compared to the rooms, guest services and the Location only the restaurant lacked to deliver the same high quality experience. Many items on the card were not available (due to the remoteness of the location) but also the quality of the food itself was not as great as in other hotels we had been to. Even though this is a complaint on a very high level.
